Tips for Grade 11
📖

NSC letter format must be perfect. Address, date, reference, salutation, body, closing — every layout mark is free. Learn it cold.

✏️

Argumentative essays need a thesis in paragraph 1. State your position clearly. Examiners look for it immediately.

📝

Summary: every point must come from the text. You cannot add your own ideas. Paraphrase the main points, count words exactly.

🔤

Passive voice in all tenses is always tested. Is written / was written / will be written / would be written — know all forms.

🌱

Fix grammar gaps before Grade 12. There is no time in Grade 12 to re-learn basics. Every gap costs marks in the NSC.
